Officers Row / West Barracks Tenants –

• Option 1: Submit a check or money order to our Management Office at OO Howard House, 750 Anderson Street, Vancouver, WA 98661.
• Option 2: Set up a payment option within Commercial Café. Available payment methods include ACH, debit card, and credit card. All options can be set up for Auto-Pay. Be advised that there are processing fees associated with each option. The Historic Trust does NOT collect or benefit from these fees.

Academy Tenants –
