If you currently lease a space in the historic Officers Row, West Barracks, or Providence Academy, congratulations! Your business is in a very unique historic setting, and the Trust promises to do all it can to make your business a successful endeavor and great experience. Please submit a work order via the Rent Cafe portal at the link below. For after hours maintenance emergencies, call (360) 772-6019.
Pay Your Rent
Officers Row / West Barracks Tenants –
- Option 1: Submit a check or money order to our Management Office at OO Howard House, 750 Anderson Street, Vancouver, WA 98661.
- Option 2: Set up a payment option within Commercial Café. Available payment methods include ACH, debit card, and credit card. All options can be set up for Auto-Pay. Be advised that there are processing fees associated with each option. The Historic Trust does NOT collect or benefit from these fees.
- Option 3: Set up Bill Pay through your bank. You will need to manually enter our information as follows: Name: The Historic Trust, Address: 750 Anderson Street Vancouver, WA 98661, Phone: 360-992-1800
Academy Tenants –
