Prospective Tenants

Open Houses

Due to the unique and limited nature of our properties we first offer units to the public utilizing an Open House. Applications submitted at the open house are processed in the order they are received and must be accompanied by payment in full of the $50 per person over 18 years of age application fee to be considered for tenancy.

Please complete our interest form to receive email notifications of upcoming units.

Should any unit remain available following an Open House it will be listed on our website, and private showings will be conducted at that time.
